This policy explains what information Snack Express Vending LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through snackexpress.net and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, location type, county and message. When you book a visit through our scheduling tool (Calendly), Calendly collects your booking details and shares them with us. We use this information only to respond to you, schedule visits and provide our services.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device, browser and pages visited. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Our servers also keep standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) for security and to prevent spam. Pages reached from our machine stickers and business cards may record the visit, device type and approximate location to help us improve service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business — such as our email provider, Google Analytics and Calendly — or when required by law.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing of it. To make a request, email sales@snackexpress.net or call (800) 780-0291. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and customer information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete it.
